  • Identify three main types of dough.
  • How to deal with doughs and composition.
  • Make salty and sweet fillings.
  • The importance of Baking powder and Baking soda and their impact on the dough.
  • Discuss any difficulties or any problems you may experience during the formation of the dough and give optimal solutions.

Duration 6 hours.

Divided by 3 hours on two days.
