  Course 2: Flowers and Cake Design


      Make icing flowers that look real


  •      Learn to make royal icing.
  •      Pipe royal icing appliques.
  •      Create different types of professional-looking flowers  & designs like roses, pansies, and lilies.
  •      Pipe decorative borders onto your cake.
  •      Advanced buttercream icing piping techniques like basketweave cornelli lace and brush embroidery.





   Course 3: Fondant and Gum Paste


    Develop new skills with fondant anf gum paste

  •      Prepare and color gum paste and fondant.
  •      Cover a cake with fondant
  •      Create different types of bows and flowers, including the calla lily, rose, and carnation.
  •      Discover how easy it is to paint on fondant.
  •      Design and complete a cake with the shapes and flowers from the course.    





   Course 4: Advanced Gum Paste Flowers


      Easily create realistic-looking gum paste flowers


  •      Step-by-step guidance to create life-like flowers and leaves.
  •       Arrange elegant floral bouquet to top beautiful cakes.
  •       Assemble Blossoms, Gerbera daisies, Briar roses, Stargazer lilies and more.
  •      Showcases your decorating skills with wilton creative techniques!



  • Each Course 12 hours devided on 2 weeks each week 2 lessons each lesson 3 hours.
